16 sts & 32 rows = 4" in Garter Stitch with Gauge Needle
18 sts & 28 rows = 4" in Seed Stitch with smallest needle

NEEDLES

One 32" circular needle (or pair of straights) in size needed to obtain Garter Stitch gauge
One 32" circular needle (or pair of straights) one size smaller than Gauge Needle
One 16" circular needle two sizes smaller than Gauge Needle
