MATERIALS
Two colors of fingering weight wool yarn in varying amounts
1 skein in each of two colors of Brooklyn Tweed Loft (100% American Targhee-Columbia Wool; 275 yards/50g)
Color 1 (C1): 125 yards
Color 2: (C2): 115 yards

GAUGE
Single-Color Gauge:
28 stitches & 42 rounds = 4" in single-color circular stockinette stitch with Needle B, after blocking
Colorwork Gauge:
28 stitches & 28 rounds = 4" in circular stranded colorwork with Needle C, after blocking
NEEDLES
Needle A (Ribbing Needle):
16" circular needle and one set of DPNs two (US) sizes smaller than Needle B
Suggested Size: 2¼ mm (US 1)
Needle B (Single Color Gauge Needle):
16" circular and one set of DPNs in size needed to obtain Single-Color Gauge listed
Suggested Size: 3¼ mm (US 3)
Needle C (Colorwork Gauge Needle):
16" circular and one set of DPNs in size needed to obtain stranded colorwork gauge listed
Due to significant variance from knitter to knitter, your colorwork fabric should be swatched prior to knitting to
decide whether or not this needle size is larger, smaller or equal to Needle B.
FINISHED DIMENSIONS
19" circumference at brim, 21½" circumference at widest point, 9¼" total length; measurements taken from relaxed fabric after blocking
