Brooklyn Tweed has gotten a face lift! Welcome and thanks for trekking over. The blog will now be updating from this address — please update your bookmarks and feed readers!

Lots of exciting things will be happening here in the next few months… I hope you’ll keep coming by!

Well done. It looks great.
Love the new fresh look. I’ll be reading and enjoying still.
Love the new look, it’s awesome!
This looks terrific. Will let your work really stand out.
I saw this and the first thing in my head was OUTKAST’S “So Fresh, So Clean” (not that you needed to know that)
love the new look. keep up the good work.
Noted, and I’ve updated my reader! Congrats on the new look!
Great fresh look Jared!
Delurking to say how much I like the new site (not that the old one was too shabby either!) and how beautifully both your photos and your knitted designs stand out. I was also moved to see (after several years of reading your blog) how fully you are now a knitwear designer–you’ve really come into your own! I know I’m not the only one looking forward very much to reading the next five years and more!
I like it more… white, pure, virgin… Doesn’t mean it represents you (lol!) But yes, good move.
Oh, I’m so sad — I don’t like the new design at all! I’ve loved the warmth and cozy feel of the “old” blog page. I also loved being able to browse through your “completed woolies” in one glance instead of going through the archives on a hit or miss basis. Its “clean fresh look” feels cold, sterile and cliched to me — way too similar to so many others. I wish you all the best, I love your designs…….but I’m totally bummed about the web page.
I’m afraid I have to agree with Lee. Loved the old blog page. Loved to browse your list of completed projects, whether your designs or others. If the list is here on the new website I don’t see it. Sorry, I know you’ve spent a lot of time on this new site. You are my knitting hero and inspiration and absolutely love your knitting, designs and look forward to your posts. Sorry I don’t like this new spartan look it doesn’t seem to go with knitting and coziness.
Lovely new site! I do feel a little sentimental saying goodbye to the old site; yours was one of the first knit blogs I ever found, and it really opened up a whole new knitting world for me!
Love the face lift and really love the “community knitting”! Result is really amazing!
sweet!
I’m also sad to see the old site go, but can appreciate the need for change. You are a designer after all, so you need to take your “space” to where your creativity wants to go.
On another note, your RSS feed links are not working. They just bring up a page of code. Not sure if this is a recent problem (it looks like someone else in the comments was able to subscribe), but I’m not having any luck!
I really like the fresh clean look of your new site. Reading black on white is much easier on the eye! (for me anyway). Congratulations!
My Google Reader has been updated, I don’t want to miss anything from your blog. The new design is very nice! I can’t wait to read the new posts! ^^
Very nice! I had been wondering when you were going to do this.
Sorry …I don’t like the new website at all…it is much too ‘in your face’ bright and garish…not warmth at all and warmth is always what Brooklyn Tweed has meant to me…warmth & class & elegance…this new website has none of these…it reminds me of a…refrigerator
Oh, jared…where have you gone???
Ain’t nobody dope as T W E E D/He’s just so fresh so clean
(so fresh and so clean clean)
Had to do it. Sorry. Had to throw a little ghetto into the mix.
It’s a beautifully clean site and I can almost read it with my glasses off!
Congrats on the new website! It looks so beautiful! I love how clean and sophisticated it looks, and the color palette for the page itself as well as the pictures you have is an amazing palette!
wow.
re: previous comment, meant the shawl. Not commenting either way on the website.
To my eyes, the white background is stark and way too bright. I loved the dusty green, which was so elegant and calm. The content, of course, is splendid.
